Feliciations!

My prenatal work, I am very proud of. Being a womxn who became pregnant easily + suffered many miscarriages, I wanted to be sure that I knew how to safely move my own body while pregnant.

From there, I have continued my study + then happened to become pregnant out of the blue with a ‘textbook healthy baby’ at 44. So, follow along with my pregnancy + my healing after having birthed our rohan.

I share this information, so that you know how important this work is to me.


NB 1st Trimester: Delicate Time

The more my knowledge base expands on this subject, I resonate with Iyengar principles.

I do not recommend more than walking, breath work + meditation during the highly delicate 1st trimester. There is one LTD video safe to do, besides watching the 101s - find all on the 1st Pre page.

From 2nd trimester on, I highly recommend moving as it will aid in your stamina for pregnancy, childbirth, child rearing + personal healing in all senses.
